Monday morning is our Neurodiverse friendly drop in at 11 - 1pm, then our Peer Support Group starts at 2.30 - 4pm.
We also have a Lego afternoon on Fridays during the social drop in - very therapeutic!

Health & Wellbeing Mentoring
Debbie, a health and wellbeing mentor attends drop-in on the second Tuesday of each month. She provides support and advice on health and lifestyle issues and can do a blood pressure check for you if you wish.
