Improving the well being of men in Merseyside
Based in South Sefton we provide a range of services aimed at reducing isolation and improving the mental health of men in the area. They can also get support through our one-to-one counselling service or support groups.
The Reach was launched in 2017 aims to fill the gap in mental health support for men in Sefton.
Through conversations with men in the area we found that there was a demand for a service where men could receive support for their mental health and well being.
