One-to-One

We offer a one-to-one counselling service with one of our fully qualified, BACP counsellors.

For issues including:

Stress
Anxiety
Depression
Bereavement
and more

We are currently able to offer free counselling with one of our qualified counsellors over telephone, ZOOM or face-to-face. We also have the option to offer counselling with one of our student's who are on placement with our agency who are working towards their BACP qualifications.

Clients can access 1 hour counselling for up to 8 weeks.

Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy Sessions

We will be offering free clinical hypnotherapy sessions starting Friday afternoon's in February.

Hypnotherapy can help with issues such as anxiety, stress and trauma.

Group and individual sessions are available. Group sessions will run over a 3-week course, offering 60 minutes per week. Individual sessions are offered as one 60 minute course.
